# RU Routers

> Public Russian-language comparison of current LLM API router prices for 20 Russian providers plus OpenRouter, snapshot 2026-10-17.

The canonical source is data.json (schema version 2.0). Prices are ordered Input then Output and are RUB per 1 million tokens. Every confirmed price has a source_url; confirmed means the public tariff was checked, not that model identity at runtime, reliability, or quality was independently tested. Display position is not a ranking. OpenRouter is an international benchmark, not a Russian provider, and is pinned first during sorting. A null price means no exact comparable public price was confirmed; it does not mean that the provider lacks the model. Exactly one confirmed Russian-provider cell per model is marked by best_price_among_russian_providers. Community up/down votes are subjective dynamic data, not a ranking.

Mission: a fast basic price overview, not an exhaustive catalog or a new-release/flagship leaderboard. Keep eight widely used core API models in one compact table. Sustained week/month usage and comparable Russian token tariffs matter more than release recency or benchmark leadership. Avoid growing rows/columns, nested scrolling, or shrinking readable text to accommodate more entries. Presentation updates do not imply a new price audit; snapshot_date remains the price-check date.

## Methodology and ordering

Human HTML and Markdown round token prices to whole rubles (dataset.presentation.price_display_decimals=0); data.json and cell data attributes retain exact source values. Sorting and best-price selection use unrounded values. Haiku tier details are below the table, not in its header.

Presentation flags: show_editorial_scores=false, show_community_votes=true. When false, scores/controls and score columns are omitted from HTML and Markdown; stored ratings and the votes API remain available for restoration. Voting is not requested by the page while its controls are disabled.

Editorial scores are temporarily hidden from the human page and Markdown; retained expert_rating records are inactive display data, not an active comparison score. Previously assessed providers retain an expert_rating.score from 0 to 5 in half-point steps, a short comment_ru, and source_urls; new providers have expert_rating=null (unassessed), not zero. These are subjective editorial opinions assessed on 2026-10-04, not measured uptime, security certification, runtime model verification, user-review averages, or community votes. They do not affect provider order or price highlights. See dataset.expert_rating_policy for criteria and the scale.

Provider inclusion, exact-model matching, comparable-price normalization, source status, provider/model ordering, and current-snapshot replacement are explicit in the canonical JSON and reproduced in index.md.
